About Brooke Graves:
Being discovered by N.E.R.D’s Shae Haley is any singer / songwriter’s dream. What Haley found was nothing short of amazing as he then gathered the troops to build a star. Heavy – hitters the likes of celebrity vocal coach RAab Stevenson, mega producer Wirlie Morris, platinum hit writer Traci Hale, and Grammy Award winning Eshe of Arrested Development were called on. This dream team took root with an amazing vision and direction to set this musical gem afloat.
The accidental find of the unbelievable kind, by one of the industry’s true trailblazers set Brooke Graves career on “go”, but the journey of this twenty-year-old, soul pop artist began behind the piano at the age of five. Brooke has always been drawn to soulful voices (such as Adele, Alicia Keys, Amy Winehouse, Norah Jones, Joss Stone, etc.) from even that young age. She surrounded herself with music and studied a menagerie of instruments, engaged in songwriting sessions and took part in production seminars and open mic nights around the Boston area. By the time she was 12, she was writing and producing her own songs in a home studio she built for herself. Through the years she continued to harness her craft with the best talent on the East Coast.
